U-Theory is the result of the Reasearch performed by Otto Scharmer, MIT Professor. For those ones willing to go in depth into the contents I strongly recommend to refer to the Peopleris website.
A New Way of Solving Problems
I have had the chance to get to know about this theory at the ULAB HUB in Pordenone. It’s been a really strong experience, I have played the game totally and I have found stimulating people in the facilitators and the other ulabbers. I want to thank Silvana Rigobon, Silvia Piccin and Andrea Bravin (the facilitators), and Luca Vivan for the invitation.
The U-Theory provides simple tools for a successful implementation in several type of organizations. At the same time these tools are particularly suitable to be implemented in any Civic Engineering Project.
